T.O.S (Terms OF Service

I have the right to decline your commission if i am uncomfortable or cannot do it.

You MUST have a clear reference of your characters. I will not do by description. NSFW references are allowed.

You MUST be 18+ years to order a nsfw commission from me. Under 18+ will only get SFW from me!

There are NO REFUNDS! Once payment has been made i start sketching right away. Unless emergency then yes i can do a refund if you have an emergency but you must let me know before i finish the sketch progress.

Yes you are allowed to reupload your commission but you must ask me first and where your reuploading at.

You MUST CREDIT ME at all times no matter how you use my artwork. Either its linking my page, mentioning me, or showing me.

You may not sell my artwork, use for merch, put on NFT, or anything of the sort with out my permission. I will most like decline.

Do NOT edit/trace any of my art work if i have a design wrong or missed something from your character. That is your job to let me know during sketch progress what im missing or need to add.

Payments is through PayPal Only! I will send you an invoice for your payments.

Full payment must be upfront when invoice is sent. You have 24-72 to pay unless you need more time but you must communicate with me or else i will cancle your commission and remove from my queue.

Paypal does have fees depending where you live. I live in the USA i do not have any fees on my end but i am not sure about yours so please let me know what part you live at and i can translate the invoice payment to your country.

I always send wip progress and give updates on commissions so please dont be afraid to ask but just know i have not forgotten about you.

Deadline for a finished commission is between a few days to 6 weeks no longer depending on the queue and type of commission but i do work really fast and will let you know your deadline.

Please be patient with me with your art piece as i do have a life outside and mental/phsyical issues.

Please try to communicate with me best as possible even if you have to translate to your language. I keep in touch with my commissioners everyday.

I have a Trello for my Queue list but will only give to commissioners privately to check progress when im offline.

I am happy to work with deadlines but just know it will cost extra between $10-$40 depending what your deadline is.

I can work with budgets but just let me know first though.

I do not work on commissions in order. I work on all commissions in between.

Fail to follow my TOS will get you blocked and added on to my list of rule breakers that will not recieve any art from me.
